Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police have arrested two people after officers responded to a report of bail violations at a business on St. Clair Street late on Dec. 11.
Police say they arrived at about 11:35 p.m. and found a 43-year-old Chatham man with a 44-year-old Chatham woman, despite a court-ordered condition prohibiting him from associating with her.
The man was charged with failing to comply with a release order and is being held for bail.
The woman was charged with facilitating a breach of a release order and was released with conditions.
