Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: The Chatham-Kent Police Service is aware of a social media post that has been circulating online regarding a call for service on May 24, 2025, at Kingston Park involving individuals allegedly photographing children without permission.
Please be advised that this has been reported to police and investigated.
Officers have spoken with all the parties involved and as a result, there are no grounds for any charges to be laid nor any concerns for the public remain.
We also want to assure the public that we responded to this incident promptly and that the safety of our community, especially our youth, is a top priority.
We appreciate the community’s continued attention to safety in Chatham-Kent.
