Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man and woman were both arrested following a reported altercation outside a residence on Blythewood Crescent on June 29.
Witnesses told police the pair continued fighting inside the home before officers arrived.
A 32-year-old Chatham woman was charged with assault and released with conditions and an August 5 court date.
A 39-year-old Chatham man was also charged with assault and released with a court date set for August 11.
