Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested on June 29 after police responded to a traffic complaint on Indian Creek Road West.
Officers located the vehicle and found the man in the company of a woman he was prohibited from contacting under a release order.
He was charged with two counts of failing to comply with his release order and held in custody for a bail hearing.
