Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While investigating an unrelated matter on Wallace Street on June 29, police arrested a man and woman for breaching court-ordered conditions.
The 47-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking, while the 39-year-old woman was charged with breaching probation.
He was held for a bail hearing, and she was released with a court date scheduled for August 12.
