OPP officials allege: A single vehicle left the roadway and rolled onto its side in the centre median of Highway 401.
On Thursday, July 31, 2025, at approximately 9:10 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a collision involving a transport truck that entered the centre median.
The driver was not injured in this collision.
A 35-year-old of Brampton is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:
– Careless driving
– Fail to ensure performance standards are met
