Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police said officers responded on June 15 to a report that the woman had attended a residence on George Street, which she was prohibited from visiting under court-imposed conditions. Police said she had knocked on the door looking for a 49-year-old man but left after learning he was not home.
Later that afternoon, officers located the woman nearby and arrested her. She was charged with two counts of failing to comply with a release order and later released with a court date set for Sept. 10.
