Organizers are calling the 2025 Terry Fox Run in Wallaceburg an “unbelievable” success.
“So how does one express extreme gratitude? Wallaceburg you are unbelievable, what an absolutely fantastic day,” organizers said on social media on the day of the event on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
Weather was perfect, everyone was in such a great mood, it was palpable. All of the efforts that were put into this event from the planning, (awesome and oh so patient) volunteers, the donors who gave so generously and the most wonderful participants any town would be lucky to have.”
So far, $36,000 has been raised and the total is still climbing, with several school runs still to take place.
“Your tremendous efforts paid off Wallaceburg,” organizers added.
