The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is seeking up to six residents to join a Citizen Review Committee for Council Remuneration.
The committee will review how council members are paid, compare compensation with other municipalities, and make recommendations for the 2026–2030 term. Municipal staff will provide support for the group, which will meet four to five times between November and December 2025.
The municipality said members should represent a cross-section of communities across Chatham-Kent, and ideally have knowledge of local government, pay structures, or business.
