OPP officials allege: A driver faces impaired and dangerous driving charges following a single-vehicle rollover on Modeland Road early October 18.
Police said officers with the Lambton County OPP responded to the crash south of London Line around 1:25 a.m. The driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Following an investigation, police charged the driver with impaired operation by alcohol and drugs, impaired operation with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, and dangerous operation.
A 90-day licence suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment were issued.
The individual was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Sarnia on November 20.
Police remind motorists to plan ahead and never drive while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Anyone who suspects an impaired driver is urged to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
