The Ontario Agricultural Conferences (OAgC) are returning in 2026 under the theme “Planting Knowledge, Growing Prosperity,” offering farmers and industry professionals multiple ways to participate through in-person and virtual options.
This year’s series includes three in-person conferences—held in Ridgetown, Waterloo, and Kemptville—alongside a fully virtual format designed to make the sessions accessible across the province.
Participants attending in person will have the chance to network, visit tradeshows, and take part in live presentations, while virtual attendees can stream sessions directly from the Ridgetown and Waterloo locations. All attendees will have access to recorded conference content until March 31, 2026, and can join the returning TEC Talk Tuesday sessions for in-depth discussions with presenters.
The Southwest Agricultural Conference will take place January 6 and 7, 2026, at the University of Guelph’s Ridgetown Campus. The event features a wide range of sessions, a two-hour sprayer clinic offered twice daily, and a “Taste Ontario” social on January 6. Registration for in-person or virtual attendance is available at www.southwestagconference.ca.
The Midwest Ag Conference follows on January 16, 2026, at RIM Park in Waterloo, focusing on field crop innovation and featuring a tradeshow and opportunities for participant interaction. Registration for in-person or virtual participation can be completed at www.heartlandsoilcrop.org/mwac.
The Eastern Ontario Crop Conference will conclude the series on January 27, 2026, at Southgate Church in Kemptville, highlighting issues specific to eastern Ontario and offering two concurrent sessions each hour along with a tradeshow for networking. Registration for in-person or on-demand access is available at https://eocac.ca.
All in-person sessions will be recorded and made available on demand. TEC Talk Tuesdays will return in January and February at 7:27 p.m., allowing participants to engage with conference speakers in real time.
Registration for all events opens November 1, 2025, with limited capacity for in-person attendance. Updates and details are available on social media at @OAgC26.
