Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police have charged two men following a residential break and enter on Baxter Street in Chatham Tuesday evening.
Chatham-Kent police were called to the scene around 7:40 p.m. on Oct. 28 after signs of forced entry were found at the home. Officers searched the property and located two men inside.
A 41-year-old Chatham-Kent man and a 38-year-old Chatham man were both arrested and charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
They were taken to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where they remain in custody pending a bail hearing.
