Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 48-year-old Chatham-Kent man has been arrested in connection with a break-and-enter reported earlier this year at a business on Riverview Drive.
Police say the May 12 incident involved a suspect entering the building through an insecure roof access door before stealing several items. Surveillance footage helped identify the accused, and a warrant was issued.
On Wednesday at about 10:32 a.m., officers located the man on Richmond Street and arrested him. He is charged with break and enter to commit theft and was held for bail.
