Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 43-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested early Sunday after police stopped him while he was riding a bicycle without proper lighting.
Police said the man was bound by a release order requiring him to remain at home between midnight and 6 a.m. He was found on Wallace Street around 3:35 a.m., in violation of the condition.
He was taken to police headquarters and later released with a Dec. 4 court date.
