Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 44-year-old Chatham-Kent man is facing charges after police say he entered a Wallaceburg home early Saturday and caused a disturbance.
Police were called to the Hiram Street residence around 4:50 a.m. A 70-year-old Wallaceburg man told officers the accused, who is on probation with conditions not to attend the home or contact him, showed up yelling inside the residence.
The man was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a probation order. He was later released with a court date of Dec. 30.
