Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 38-year-old Chatham man is facing charges after police stopped a vehicle on Chatham Street North in Blenheim Tuesday afternoon.
The traffic stop occurred at approximately 3:12 p.m. on December 9, 2025. Police say the driver was found to be prohibited from operating a motor vehicle.
He was arrested and charged with operating while prohibited. Police also issued five Part III summonses.
The man was released with conditions and a court date of January 26, 2026. His vehicle was towed and impounded for 45 days.
