Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 23-year-old Blenheim man was arrested early Tuesday after police responded to a disturbance on Maxwell Drive in Chatham.
Officers were called to a detached garage shortly after 12:30 a.m. on December 10, 2025, where they found the man intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
Police say he had been drinking throughout the day and became involved in a verbal dispute with another man.
He was arrested and issued a Provincial Offence Notice for being intoxicated in a public place. He was later transported to hospital for assessment.
