Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police were called to a retail store on Third Street in Chatham on the morning of Dec. 15 after a report of mischief.
Police say a male entered the store at about 7:22 a.m., yelled at employees regarding a previous order, caused damage to store property and then left the premises. Officers located the suspect a short time later.
A 29-year-old man from Chatham-Kent was arrested and charged with mischief under $5,000. He was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and later released with conditions and a future court date.
