Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Tilbury man is facing a charge after police responded to multiple disturbance calls at a business in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police say officers were called several times over a 12-hour period on Dec. 18 to a business on Third Street after a man who had previously been trespassed from the property repeatedly returned and caused disruptions. A 40-year-old man from Tilbury was located and arrested.
He was charged with causing a disturbance. Police say he was transported to Chatham-Kent police headquarters and later released with a scheduled court date of Jan. 22, 2026.
