Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham man is being held for bail following an alleged breach of probation.
Chatham-Kent Police Service report officers responded at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2025, to a business on Grand Avenue West for an unwanted person complaint. Police located a 51-year-old man from Chatham who was allegedly in breach of court-ordered probation conditions that prohibited him from attending the location.
He was charged with two counts of failing to comply with probation and transported to police headquarters, where he remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
