Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham woman was arrested after police responded to a call for service at a local business.
According to Chatham-Kent Police Service, officers attended a business on St. Clair Street at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 20, 2025. Police say an individual was located inside an upstairs washroom after the business had closed.
A 41-year-old woman from Chatham was arrested after officers determined she was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant for two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking and failing to comply with a probation order. She was transported to police headquarters and later released with a court date of Jan. 14, 2026.
