Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man has been issued a provincial offence notice following a trespassing complaint in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent Police Service report officers responded at approximately 7:03 a.m. on Dec. 20, 2025, to a business on King Street West after the owner reported an individual refusing to leave and causing a disturbance at the entrance.
Police located a 45-year-old man from Chatham-Kent nearby who matched the description provided. He was issued a Part I Provincial Offence Notice for trespassing.
