Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Wallaceburg man is facing charges after being stopped by police in the early morning hours of January 22.
Chatham-Kent police conducted a traffic stop on Dufferin Avenue shortly after midnight and determined the 34-year-old driver was operating a motor vehicle while under suspension. He was issued a Part III summons for driving while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act.
