Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police responded to a disturbance on Third Street in Chatham on the morning of Jan. 25 involving a repeat trespass.
Officers say a 26-year-old woman from Chatham returned to a business despite having been issued previous notices of trespass.
She was charged with mischief and released from police custody with a future court date.
