Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police were called to a business on Third Street in Chatham late morning on Jan. 24 after reports of an unwanted person.
Officers determined a 26-year-old woman from Chatham refused to leave the premises despite being directed to do so by staff and police.
She was charged with failing to leave premises when directed and released with a future court date of Feb. 25.
