OPP officials allege: Three people were taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in St. Clair Township on Friday morning.
Members of the Ontario Provincial Police in Lambton County said officers, along with Lambton EMS and local fire services, were dispatched at 8:56 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2026, to the intersection of Bentpath Line and Highway 40 for a reported collision involving a sport utility vehicle and a pickup truck.
Police said three individuals were transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries; however, the injuries were later determined to be non-life-threatening.
Roads leading into the intersection were closed for several hours but have since reopened.
The investigation is continuing.
