OPP officials allege: A Chatham resident is facing a careless driving charge following a two-vehicle collision in St. Clair Township.
Members of the Ontario Provincial Police Lambton County detachment, along with Lambton County Emergency Medical Services, responded to the crash at the intersection of Kimball Road and Courtright Line just before 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 28.
Police say the collision involved a sport utility vehicle and a sedan.
One individual was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 22-year-old individual from Chatham has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with careless driving.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to contact the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
