Operations Manager Nicole Wadsworth of Glasstown Brewing Company sat down with us to share what’s coming up at the brewery, from fresh menu features to a full slate of live entertainment.
This week’s kitchen specials include the True North BLT, a smoky jalapeño smashburger, and a blackened shrimp flatbread, each crafted to pair well with their rotating taps and small‑batch brews.
With Saint Patrick’s Day around the corner, the team is gearing up for a festive week. Although the brewery typically opens Wednesday through Sunday, they will open their doors on Tuesday for the celebration. The menu and atmosphere will take on Irish-inspired notes, including touches that nod to the Dublin press, giving guests even more reason to stop in and raise a glass.
Entertainment continues to be a cornerstone of the Glasstown experience. Every Thursday night features open mic with Qu, offering a welcoming stage for local talent. The lineup this month brings Travis Laur on March 13, Julie Ross on March 14, and Mark Moran on March 17. Each performance begins at 7 p.m., adding a lively soundtrack to the evening.
Glasstown Brewing Company invites the community to celebrate, unwind, and enjoy great food, great beer, and great company at 331 James Street in Wallaceburg.
