The Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association is celebrating a strong performance by its U13 B team following a finalist finish at the Tier 1 Shamrock Championships.
In a social media post, the association congratulated the players and coaches on what it described as an “incredible run,” highlighting the team’s effort and perseverance throughout the tournament.
“This team showed heart, determination, and true grit every step of the way,” the post read. “You represented our organization with pride and gave our entire community something special to rally behind.”
The association also pointed to the strong support from fans during the tournament.
“The energy, the excitement, and the support from the stands has been unforgettable,” the post read.
The team is now preparing to continue its season at the OMHA championships in Kingston.
