Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 37-year-old Blenheim woman is facing charges following a disturbance at an apartment building on Talbot Street West.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to the incident on April 13 at approximately 7:56 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers learned the accused had allegedly thrown a security camera and an ashtray at another tenant. The tenant was not injured, but the security camera sustained damage.
Police located the accused outside the building in a distressed state.
She was transported to hospital for assistance.
The woman has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and one count of mischief.
She was later taken to police headquarters and released on a Form 10 with a future court date.
