Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 35-year-old Blenheim man was arrested following a disturbance at a restaurant parking lot on Marlborough Street North.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to the call around 8:16 p.m. on April 16 and found the man had been repeatedly entering and exiting the location throughout the day, causing ongoing disturbances.
Police say the behaviour escalated later in the evening, prompting officers to intervene.
The man was arrested for breach of the peace, transported to police headquarters and later released.
