Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 39-year-old Chatham man is facing charges after allegedly violating court-ordered conditions at a business on King Street West.
Police say officers responded to a report of an unwanted person around 4:15 p.m. on April 16 and located the individual on the property.
An investigation determined the man was bound by both a release order and a probation order that prohibited him from attending the location.
He was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a release order and failing to comply with probation. Police say he was transported to headquarters and held for bail.
