The Chatham-Kent Police Service has released the results of its 2025 community survey, offering insight into public safety concerns and community priorities across Chatham-Kent.
The annual survey is designed to gather feedback from residents on perceptions of safety and identify areas where police can strengthen relationships and improve service delivery. The full report has been made publicly available on the police service’s website.
Chief Kirk Earley said community input plays a key role in shaping policing efforts.
“I want to sincerely thank every resident who took the time to complete the 2025 Community Survey. Your feedback is essential, and you will see how your input is directly influencing the way we deliver service, set priorities, and respond to the needs of our community. Policing is a partnership, and the voices of our residents play a critical role in shaping how we move forward.”
“We are committed to listening, learning, and working together to build a safer, stronger Chatham-Kent,” he added.
Police are encouraging residents to review the findings and remain engaged as the service continues to develop initiatives based on the feedback received.
