With the heaviest of hearts, we announce that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Maureen Christina Clancy passed peacefully at the age of 69.
She has now been reunited with her parents Joseph and Velma Clancy and her dear sister Rosemary.
Maureen will be forever loved by her siblings Margaret, Thomas (Susan), Patrick (Donna), Raymond (Neala), Gerald (Lori) and most especially her twin sister Colleen.
She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews as well as her church community and her dear friends.
Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home (409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg, 519-627-3231) on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
Her Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Port Lambton on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 11am.
Following cremation Maureen will be laid to rest beside her family at St. John’s Cemetery in Sombra.
