The Chatham-Kent Police Service will host a series of community events across the municipality as part of Police Week 2026, running from May 10 to May 16.
Residents will have the opportunity to meet local officers, explore police cruisers and pick up promotional items during events scheduled in Wallaceburg, Ridgetown, Tilbury, Blenheim and Chatham.
The Wallaceburg event is set for May 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by Ridgetown on May 12 from noon to 3 p.m. Tilbury will host an event May 13 from noon to 3 p.m., while Blenheim’s event will take place May 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The final stop will be in Chatham on May 15 from noon to 3 p.m.
Police said that in the event of rain, activities will move indoors to Municipality of Chatham-Kent lobbies.
“We look forward to seeing you there,” the police service said in a release.
