Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 33-year-old Chatham woman is facing charges following an intimate partner violence investigation in Chatham.
Members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to an address in Chatham at about 11:11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, after receiving a report of an intimate partner violence incident.
Through the investigation, police determined the woman was allegedly in breach of previously imposed court-ordered conditions.
The woman was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a probation order and failing to comply with an undertaking.
She was transported to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
