The Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association will hold its annual general meeting on June 4 at the Wallaceburg Memorial Arena mezzanine.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Association officials said the meeting will provide members with an opportunity to help shape the future direction of local hockey programs and learn more about the organization’s operations.
Several board positions will be open for nomination, including one- and two-year terms, with the possibility of additional roles becoming available.
“Your voice matters. Your perspective matters. And together, we can continue building something great for our players and families,” the association said in a notice.
The association is also encouraging members to review its constitution, policies and procedures ahead of the meeting.
Any amendments to the constitution must be submitted before May 21 and will be presented and voted on during the AGM by attendees who have a child enrolled in the association.
