Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 39-year-old Dresden man is facing multiple charges after police responded to a dispute between roommates on Sunday morning.
Chatham-Kent police said officers were called to a residence in Dresden at about 10:20 a.m.
Police allege the altercation escalated when the man stabbed a knife through a door and threatened to stab the other man.
The accused was arrested and charged with weapons dangerous, mischief, uttering threats and failing to comply with a release order.
He was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
