Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 31-year-old Chatham-Kent man is facing a mischief charge following an intimate partner violence investigation in Tilbury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were dispatched to a residence at approximately 3:18 p.m. on May 10 for a reported mischief incident.
Police said the investigation determined the man attended the home of his former partner and smashed a window at the residence.
The accused was arrested and charged with mischief.
He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
