Wallaceburg Farmers’ Market marks 10th season with Saturday kickoff

The Wallaceburg Farmers’ Market is preparing to open its 10th season Saturday, celebrating a decade of supporting local growers, makers, bakers and producers in the community.

The market runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the main parking lot in downtown Wallaceburg.

Organizers say the season opener will feature returning longtime vendors, many of whom have been part of the market since its early years, alongside a selection of fresh and locally made products.

The market will offer seasonal produce, baked goods, local meats, artisan foods, crafts and handmade items as it launches another year of community-focused shopping and local support.

“Join us Saturday as we kick off our 10th year of bringing local growers, makers, bakers, and producers together in the heart of our community,” organizers say.

“We’re excited to welcome back some of our longstanding, quality vendors—many of whom have been with us since the very beginning. Their dedication, passion, and incredible products are part of what has made the market a community favourite for a decade.”

Organizers added: “Fresh spring produce, freshly baked goods, quality local meats, artisan foods, crafts, handmade soaps and so much more. Come celebrate the start of another great season, support local businesses, and enjoy everything that makes the Wallaceburg Farmers’ Market special. Ten years. Local roots. Community grown. We can’t wait to see you there.”
