Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 40-year-old Tilbury man has been charged with assault following an incident reported on June 6.
Police said officers were called to an address in Tilbury at about 8:04 a.m. and learned that a man had pushed a woman, causing minor injuries.
The accused was arrested, taken to police headquarters and released with a future court date
