Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 38-year-old Chatham man is facing driving-related charges after police say he failed to stop for a traffic stop in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police said officers attempted to stop a vehicle on McNaughton Avenue East at about 11:38 a.m. on July 1. The vehicle continued to an address on the same street before stopping.
Police said the driver was found to be prohibited from driving. The 38-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with driving while prohibited and driving while under suspension.
He was released on a Form 9 with a future court date, and the vehicle was impounded.
