CK Public Health to host virtual infant sleep workshop for parents

Chatham-Kent Public Health is inviting parents and caregivers to take part in a virtual workshop later this month focused on infant sleep.

The free session will be held online on Wednesday, July 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as part of the health unit’s Virtual Parenting Program Series.

The workshop is designed to help parents better understand infant sleep while providing practical strategies to support safe and healthy sleep habits for babies and caregivers.

Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about infant sleep and learn tips to help both parents and babies sleep more soundly and safely.

Registration is available by texting 519-359-6413 or calling 519-352-7270, ext. 2903.

More information about the workshop and other parenting programs is available through Chatham-Kent Public Health.
