Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 39-year-old Chatham man has been charged with assault causing bodily harm after police say he choked a woman during a domestic dispute.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to a Chatham residence at approximately 4:39 p.m. on July 11. An investigation revealed the man had choked the woman.
He was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he was held for bail.
