Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police say three men were arrested this week as officers executed a series of outstanding warrants across the municipality.
Police said their intelligence unit arrested a 68-year-old Chatham man at approximately 12:42 p.m. on July 14 on three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and released on a Form 10 with a future court date.
Later that day, at approximately 7:25 p.m., police arrested a 44-year-old man on Duke Street in Wallaceburg on an endorsed warrant. He was issued a Form 9 with a court date of Aug. 12.
Then, at approximately 1:55 a.m. on July 15, police arrested a 56-year-old Chatham man on Richmond Street in Chatham.
Police said he was wanted on a first instance warrant for failing to attend court, along with an unendorsed bench warrant for theft under $5,000, failure to comply with a probation order and failure to attend court.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for bail.
