Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 30-year-old Windsor man has been arrested after failing to leave a Wallaceburg business when directed to do so.
Chatham-Kent police say the incident occurred on McNaughton Avenue at approximately 9:01 a.m. on July 16, 2026. Police were contacted and arrested the man, who was removed from the premises and released once he was off the property.
He was also issued a Provincial Offences Notice under the Trespass to Property Act.
