OPP officials allege: A man has been charged after an Ontario Provincial Police officer was assaulted during a disturbance outside a residence in Enniskillen Township.
Members of the Lambton County OPP responded to the disturbance on July 17, 2026, shortly before 2 p.m. During the interaction, one officer was assaulted and sustained minor injuries.
Kelsey Saar, 34, of no fixed address, was charged under the Criminal Code with assault a peace officer and assault peace officer causing bodily harm.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on October 8, 2026.
