Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate damage to the Veterans Memorial Crosswalk in downtown Erieau.
Investigators say the damage occurred during the early morning hours of Saturday, July 25, 2026, at approximately 2 a.m.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area, or who may have dash camera, security camera or cellphone footage from around the time of the incident, to come forward.
