Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Tilbury man and woman have been arrested following a disturbance in Tilbury.
On Tuesday at approximately 8:07 a.m., police were notified of a disturbance in Tilbury. Investigation revealed that a man pushed a woman to the ground. At the time, she was on conditions not to communicate with him.
As a result, a 36-year-old Tilbury man was arrested for assault and failure to comply with an undertaking (facilitate breach). He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and released on a Form 10 with a court date of Nov. 4, 2026.
A 28-year-old Tilbury woman was arrested for failure to comply with an undertaking. She was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for bail.
No physical injuries were reported.
