Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Tilbury man has been arrested after allegedly sending multiple unwanted messages to a woman he was ordered not to contact.
On Tuesday at approximately 11:32 a.m., police were dispatched to a Tilbury address regarding unwanted communication. A man, who was on conditions not to communicate with a woman, had sent her multiple messages through social media.
As a result, a 28-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts each of failure to comply with an undertaking and failure to comply with a peace bond.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for bail.
